No-Show/Late Cancellation Policy
Your time is important to us. Arriving on time for your appointment helps us stay on schedule and spend time with each patient. For this reason, we have the No Show/Late Cancellation Policy. Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment or not showing up for a scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.* Thank you for your consideration.
*Medicaid patients are excluded from no-show or late cancellation fees.
